This in-person cohort-based, held in small learning clusters, provides the advanced learning, targeted networking, accountability and support needed to navigate the complexities of your own board journey. Your personalized playbook will serve as the cornerstone of your action plan for the boardroom. Together with other elements of the Boardvance ecosystem, Navigator Mastermind will equip you with a personalized roadmap to pursue your first board seat, providing direction and greater confidence.

Program Structure & Curriculum
The Navigator Mastermind curriculum was specially designed by doctorate-level EMBA faulty, and alumnae, and beta-tested with the Boardvance mission in mind—to fill the gap that qualified female executives face on their journey to their first corporate boardroom.
Each Navigator Mastermind cohort follows a structured curriculum that covers advanced board readiness, strategic networking, personal branding, and key questions to ask and be asked during a mock interview for an open board position, as well as governance mastery. At the end of the program, each participant will have completed a personalized board journey playbook with deliverables from each session.
